Great to meet you this afternoon. Please find attached your work program for the month of August 2012. I will distribute this to you each month. The work schedule is a copy of the Stewards roster whereby you are represented by (EL).
For race meetings the Stewards arrive on track 2 hours before the first race. All race fields and programs can be found at www.racingnsw.com.au. For days when you are in our Druitt Street offices we generally start at 9am and the best form of transport to the office is by train and get off at Town Hall.
Please also find attached a copy of the contact details for the Stewards. As I indicated there may be occasions where the Stewards are able to provide assistance with transport to the race meetings but generally you will have to utilise your own transport to attend these venues. I have requested official passes and car passes for you that shall arrive shortly. In addition I shall arrange for a copy of the Australian Rules of Racing and Racing NSW magazine to assist with your transition.
