오늘은 Warwick Farm 경마장에 경마가 있는 날
1경주에 인기마가 성적이 저조해 기수에게 진술을 청취했다. 오늘 처음으로 혀보정끈을 한 것과 주로상태가 평소보다 단단한 것이 원인이라고 생각된다고
진술하였다.
When questioned regarding the performance of Mohtashem, H Bowman stated that, although the gelding settled better today, it may have resented the addition of a tongue tie. He added, in his opinion, the principal factor was that Mohtashem did not appreciate the firm going. A post-race veterinary examination of Mohtashem did not reveal any abnormalities. Mr L Prior, representing trainer Mr C Waller, concurred with the view of rider H Bowman that the firmness of the track may not have been to the gelding’s advantage and undertook to report back on the immediate racing future of Mohtashem.
2경주에서는 한 기수가 내사를 한 뒤 뒤에 있던 마필이 앞말의 뒷다리에 살짝 걸리는 상황에 대해 내사를 한 기수에게 견책 처분을 하였다.
B Avdulla, rider of Nash Rambler was severely reprimanded for permitting his mount to shift in linking up with the course proper near the 800m when not clear of Last Day Friday, which had to be steadied. Last Day Friday then commenced to overrace for some distance and leaving the 700m clipped the heels of Nash Rambler and blundered.
4경주에서는 Nash Rawiller 기수가 또 채찍규정을 어겨 마지막으로 경고를 하였다.
해당 기수는 채찍 규정에 유난히 많이 걸려 과태금도 상당히 많이 부과된 기수이다. 여기 NSW 에서는 최고의 기수지만 채찍 규정에는 유난히 적응을 하지 못하는
것 같다.
N Rawiller (Senta D’Amor) was spoken to regarding the action of raising his whip above the level of his shoulder and told that he must continue to remedy his action to avoid higher penalties, which may include a suspension.
